Purpose and scope
This notice describes the current public review website for Applied Data Factory, a business brand operated by Washa LLC.
Current online submission state
Online contact, custom-analysis, and review-sample submissions are not currently available. The forms on this website validate entries in the visitor’s browser only. They do not send, store, or transmit the entered information to Applied Data Factory.
Information the forms are designed to request
- Contact details such as name, work email, and organization.
- Information submitted in a support or custom-intelligence request.
- Information submitted to request delivery of the free PSC 6625 review sample.
- A separate, optional choice to receive occasional product and federal-market intelligence updates.
- Order references supplied for delivery, licensing, billing, or refund support.
Because online submission is unavailable, visitors should not enter payment-card data, passwords, classified material, controlled information, or sensitive credentials into these interfaces.
Hosting and external resources
This website is hosted using Cloudflare services and loads font files from Google Fonts. Those providers may process technical request data, such as an IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time, under their respective privacy policies. Applied Data Factory does not currently use its own analytics or advertising cookies on this public review website.
Use and retention
The website does not currently operate a form database, sample-delivery mailing list, or marketing list. Information entered into a form remains in the visitor’s browser and is not retained by Applied Data Factory. If online submissions are enabled later, required request processing will remain separate from optional marketing consent, and this notice will be updated before collection begins.
Purchases
Online purchasing is not currently available through this website. If checkout is enabled through Lemon Squeezy, its privacy terms will apply to information collected through its checkout service.
Policy updates
This notice will be updated before Applied Data Factory enables online information collection, sample delivery, marketing enrollment, or checkout functionality.
