License grant
The purchasing customer may use delivered files internally for market research, planning, capture support, sourcing analysis, and related business decision support, subject to any package-specific terms supplied with the product.
Package-specific terms
If a delivered product includes package-specific license terms, those terms control for that product. This website does not grant access to or a license for any commercial product file.
Restrictions
- No resale, sublicensing, public redistribution, or posting of the complete package.
- No removal of material source, methodology, limitation, or attribution statements.
- No representation that the product is government-issued, live, predictive, or guaranteed.
- No use that violates law or third-party rights.
Public-source material
Federal procurement records may remain subject to their own public-source terms. The license concerns Applied Data Factory’s selection, organization, analysis, documentation, and packaged deliverables; it does not claim ownership of underlying government records.
Custom deliverables
Custom-work ownership, reuse, confidentiality, source rights, and license terms will be stated in the separate scope or service agreement.
